How Much Does it Cost?
The Association collects dues on an annual basis, our dues are collected in March for the upcoming year, running April 1 - March 31. Annual Dues are due on March 31 each year. Dues are $100 for your primary lot and if you own additional lots the dues are $80 per additional lot owned.
What does our dues get us?
Paying your dues gives you the rights to the lake; boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking, parks; beach, playground, pavilion, lake community events; annual picnic, boat parade, boat poker party; joining committies to improve your lake community; voting on decisions that effect your lake community.
Exempt Property
What can we do?
My property is exempt, can I use the park, lake or put a boat in the lake?
YES: If you choose to pay the Lake Access fee $100, you will be allowed to have rights to the lake; boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking, parks; beach, playground, pavilion, lake community events; annual picnic, boat parade, boat poker party. You will not be entitled to voting on any Mirror Lake ballots.
NO VOTING RIGHTS!
